conditions MedGemak is part of the patient portal MijnGezondheid.net (MGn). Before you can start using the app, you must have an account on MGn. Without this account you cannot register/sign up for MedGemak. To create an account on MGn - and then register MedGemak - your GP and/or pharmacy must offer these modules. Therefore, ask your healthcare provider if this is the case.
What is MedGemak?
MedGemak helps you to arrange your care matters with your GP and/or pharmacist in a reliable and safe way. Via your smartphone you have insight into your medication overview and you can order (repeat) medication from your healthcare provider. You can also easily make an appointment with your GP online or send a message with an attachment to your healthcare provider.

Your privacy comes first
You link MedGemak once via your DigiD to your account on MijnGezondheid.net. You then log in each time with a 5-digit code.
Not for rush!
Never use MedGemak for urgent or urgent cases. You should call the known (emergency) numbers of your healthcare provider (general practitioner or pharmacy) or the emergency services. MedGemak is an addition to the communication options you have with your healthcare provider. However, it does not replace it.
